What is TOT Production?
TOT Production provides all kind of ready and custom made promotion products, only to insurance and financial industries. The focal point of our products is to consist of values, importance, and the spirit of insurance. It helps to constantly remind your contacts, be it existing or prospect, on the impotency of insurance coverage.
What are the operation hours of TOT Production?
Our office operation hour:
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 6:30pm
However, there is no time limit and regional restrictions for placing order through TOT Production Website.
 
Is TOT Production secure? How safe are the transactions that I perform on TOT Online Order System?
TOT Production takes your right of privacy seriously. Any information obtained via this website will be used for the purposes of communication with you in respect of them and in respect of other services offered by us. We will not provide it to any third parties, except when necessary to give effect to the transaction, and when we are legally required to do so. Unless otherwise stated, we will not serve the collected personal data in other public purposes, and strictly prohibit the use of in-house staff of private information.
How about if I can't remember my password?
Go to our website (
www.tot.my ) and click on the sign-in link. In the sign-in panel, click on the "Forgot Password" link and key-in the information according to the instructions. We will send you an email with a link which you will need to click on in order to reset your password.
Ordering
How do I make order?
Kindly refer to each products for its ordering method.
Can I Cancel or Change my order?
You cannot cancel or change your order once submitted. Therefore please check your order details carefully before submitting them to TOT Production. We will not entertain any members' request to change their order to another order of lesser, equivalent or higher value.
If you have detected an error only after submitting your order to us, it is your responsibility to contact our customer service immediately so that we can put your job on hold until you make the necessary amendments. In such a case, please note that there will be a delay in the completion and delivery of your goods. However, you must resolve the job within 24 hours or else the order will be considered null and void.
TOT Production will not be held responsible for any matter resulting from a member's failure to contact TOT Production promrtly or to convey the necessary instructions.
How do I keep track of my order?
Login to your Member Online Account panel to check your ordering status and order history.
How can I do if I am dissatisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. Please specify your order, and reason for dissatisfaction. We will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.
We will only replace product after reviewing your request. However, we are not responsible for typing, imagge, color or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, we do not review artwork/document for content or spelling. In no way shall either TOT Production or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, or employees be liable for any special incidents, indirect or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind.
Payment
How do I pay for my order?
A Sales Confirmation letter will be issued to you, thru your email ( which is your login address), immediately after the submission of order. All payment shall be made right after you received the Sales Confirmation letter. There are 2 ways to get your payment across to TOT Production, either by cash/cheque bank-in or through Interbank funds transfer (GIRO) to 3rd party account.
Will I obtain any official receipt for my orders?
You will be issued an electronic official Sales Confirmation for every order you make. An official receipt will be issued either by email or by fax after completion of payment.
Shipping & Delivery
How will TOT Production delivery my goods?
All goods are delivered by our appointed courier. TOT Production only works with reliable courier service providers that have good track records.
Which areas do TOT Production delivery cover?
Our appointed courier service provider delivers to all states in Malaysia and Singapore. However, some areas require longer delivery time due to inconsistent demand and sometimes lack of road infrastructure.
Does TOT Production guarantee on time delivery?
While we are commited to the timely delivery of goods to all our members, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as Act of God, national emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service company. Also, some areas reuire longer delivery time due to inconsistent demand andsometimes lack of road infrastructure.
What should I do if I didn't receive my goods?

Provide us your order reference number and tell us the problem. We'll try to sort it out as soon as possible.

Can I collect my order personally from TOT Production?
We applaud and welcome you to collect your goods in our sales office. We will contact you for collection once the goods are ready.
